Physiotherapist treating a patient at Physio & More in Kingston
How it works

From first visit to back to full strength

Find the real cause

A full 60-minute assessment. We look at how you move, not just where it hurts, and explain what is going on in plain English. If you need a scan, we can do it here.

Fix the problem

Hands-on treatment and a plan built around your body, your sport or job and the time you have. Most people get exercises to do between sessions.

Stay fixed

Once the pain settles, we build strength and resilience so the same problem is less likely to come back, and you know what to do if it does.

What our patients say

★★★★★
I called and the kind receptionist booked me in quickly for later the same day. The clinic is very popular but it seems they always keep a couple of appointments for people in serious pain. I was treated by Liam who was excellent and everyone I met was helpful and friendly.

★★★★★
The team are well qualified, up to date, thorough leaving nothing unexamined and they got to the root of a couple of problems where others have failed. There’s always a warm welcome and the prices are more than fair for what they offer.

★★★★★
I called unable to move and in need of an appointment urgently, they found me one, booked me in and at the end of it I was so much better. I needed a couple more appointments to be right and now I am. Great place, great treatment and great people.
