Booking and payment questions
Do I have to buy a package?
No. You pay per appointment. Your clinician will tell you how many sessions they expect you to need, but there is no up-front commitment.
Can I claim on my health insurance?
Yes. We work with Bupa, Bupa Global, AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Healix. Tell us your insurer and authorisation number when you book. Some insurers need a GP referral first.
How soon can I be seen?
Online booking shows live availability for every clinician. If you are in a lot of pain, call us and we will find you the earliest appointment we can.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us as much notice as you can, so we can offer the time to someone else. See our terms and conditions.
